Four-week courses starting Tuesday 11 January at 6pm – £24 per block of 4 weeks payable in advance.

Supporting mind and body for better health during winter.  Each week will include a variety of exercises to help loosen and relax the mind and body and nourish the kidney energy plus healing sounds and acupressure points before moving into the flowing sequence of Taiji Qigong (Shibashi) Set I.
